CALL FOR ACADEMIC PAPERS

Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan (FTIK) IAIN Pekalongan proudly presents the 2nd International Conference on Islam and Education (ICONIE) with the main theme "Moderate Islamic Education for Sustainable Development in Plural Society", scheduled on 20-21 June 2022 in Pekalongan (Hotel Horison), Central Java, Indonesia.

SCOPES:
1. Education
Peace education, pesantren education, biodiversity education, education in post-covid era, education in the digital age, gender responsive education, inclusive language education, science and mathematics education, and early childhood and primary education.

2. Islamic studies
Islam and democracy, Islam and family laws, Islam and local culture, Islam and economic justice, new trends of Islamic da'wa, Islam and religious pluralism, and Islam and freedom of thought.

3. Others
Other issues still related to education or Islam might also be considered.
